The Power Of Positive Thinking 4 Young People

TRUST YOURSELF

I get this topic from my spiritual friend. He has helps me to change the way I think, to believe myself. And do you know what...it really works on me !I think I'm starting to get better in my self confidence. That word..."Trust Yourself" always yelling in my mind every time I lost confidence. Well, actually when Norman is still a kid ,he is scared to death when he has to make a presentation in front of people at the hall. But he keep saying to himself to trust himself. People always thinks other people is better from them. That's why it makes them feel more weaker than anybody and vice versa lose their self confidence. There is a way to build and master ourselves confidence.Once you master yourself, you'll enjoy your life better than before. You'll be a better person than before. It's simple as ABC! But it takes time and practice to accomplished it. Follow some of this useful steps:-

1. Make a prayer.Remember, this is the most powerful weapon that only muslim have.

2. Picture in your mind a picture of yourself succeeding.Hold this picture tightly.Never let it vanish.Your mind will seek to develop this picture.Never ever think of yourself failing, and never doubt of that “picture”.The mind will always want to complete what it pictures,so always picture “success” no matter how bad things are going in that moment.

3. Liberate a voice of confidence everytime negative thought come to your mind.

4. Do not build obstacle in your mind.

5. Do not try to copy other people.Nobody can be you as efficiently as you can.

6. Always say “I Believe I Can Do It” in confident voice.

7. Think of success no matter the chance of success is so small.
(e.g=Liverpool vs AC Milan (final) 0-3(first half)...wat happen last?Liverpool WIN!)
8. Remind yourself that Allah is always with you.

Remember! “You cannot be successful or happy without confidence in your own powers and abilities. To succeed you need self-confidence that will release your inner powers.
